Mr. Vincent Cullen, CPA

Mr. Cullen has more then 30 years of professional experience with a concentration in the local governmental and not-for-profit environments, is currently the Firm's Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Audit Practice. Mr. Cullen is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), NYSSCPA (the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants), ASBOI, NYS ASBO, GFOA and the Public School Accounting Committee of the NYSSCPA.

Mr. Cullen has frequently lectured and published articles on a variety of topics that affect the governmental and not-for-profit communities. Over the years, he has lectured on numerous occasions for the NYSSCPA, the New York State School Board Association (NYSSBA) and the New York State Council of School Superindendents (NYSCOSS).

He is currently Vice President of the Little Flower Children's Agency and a vice president of their school board. He is a past president of the Suffolk Chapter of the NYSSCPA and past director for the Statewide Board. He is a long-standing member and past Chairperson of the NYSSCPA's Public School Accounting Committee as well as a member of the Government Accounting Committee. Mr. Cullen has received the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York and a Masters in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is currently an adjunct professor in accounting at Stony Brook University Collage of Business
