Mr. Hoffmann has a wide range of experience in both administration and finance with several companies in his twenty-five year career. Most recently Mr. Hoffmann was CEO of Protocall Technologies Inc., a development stage technology company based in Commack, NY. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of positions for over twenty years with CA, one of the world’s largest management software companies. In the mid 90’s he was the manager of the internal audit department and participated in audits in the US, Asia and Europe. Mr. Hoffmann began his career as a public auditor with Ernst and Whinney.

Mr. Hoffmann is active in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Three Village Soccer Club which serves over 1900 children in the Stony Brook area. He has served as on the Board of Directors of Community Programs Centers of Long Island, a not-for- profit organization which provides day care services for the young and the elderly.

Mr. Hoffmann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University
