MAS 90 & MAS 200

MAS 90 is an industry-leading business management software solution for small to medium-sized companies. A more powerful addition to the product line is MAS 200. This client/server application incorporates thin-client technology, resulting in more efficiently distributed processing, high performance, enhanced data integrity and reliability, remote access support, and scalability. MAS 200 is also available on the SQL Server database management platform.

MAS 90/200 Setup and Training

MAS 90 from Best Software, Inc. is an industry-leading accounting, distribution, manufacturing and e-business management software solution for small to medium-sized companies with 10 to 500 employees. Their website states that their software is recommended by more CPAs than any other application in its class. This product suite offers a broad selection of modules including:

  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Fixed Asset Systems
  • Job Cost
  • Inventory Control

MAS 90 enables customers to manage and grow their businesses more effectively. Best Software, Inc. recently released MAS 200 to its product line. This client/server application incorporates thin-client technology, resulting in more efficiently distributed processing, high performance, enhanced data integrity and reliability, remote access support, and scalability.

Our firm is a "channel partner" for MAS 90 and MAS 200 through Best Software, Inc. This means that we are licensed by Best Software, Inc. to install and support MAS 90 and MAS 200. In order to maintain our "channel partner" status, our firm is required to take 40 hours of training of the various modules of MAS 90 and MAS 200. Quickbooks setup and training

Since its introduction in 1992, QuickBooks from Intuit has become the market leader in the small business market. QuickBooks is user-friendly software that allows small business owners to simplify recording their financial transactions and allows them to focus on running their business.

As stated on Intuit's website, QuickBooks is available in three different versions, which are as follows:

QuickBooks Basic - a simple desktop financial solution that allows efficient management of a business' accounting; includes functionality for writing checks, paying and tracking outstanding bills, tracking inventory and purchase orders, emailing and faxing invoices. This product is recommended for businesses with less than ten employees.

QuickBooks Pro - a desktop financial management solution with more functionality than QuickBooks Basic; functionality includes that of QuickBooks Basic above plus time tracking, job costing, integration with other popular software programs and multi-user capability. This product is recommended for businesses with less than twenty employees. Our experience has been that this product suits most clients' needs.

QuickBooks Premier - the most comprehensive small business financial management desktop solution Intuit offers; functionality includes that of QuickBooks Pro, remote capabilities, more reporting functionality and greater flexibility.
